Tru-Bilt Industries Ltd warrants that all Tru-Gard™ safety products—including bollards, barriers, personnel gates, handrail systems, and related accessories—will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 10 years, provided the product is installed, maintained, and used in accordance with Tru-Bilt’s instructions

This warranty applies only to:
- Products purchased directly from Tru-Bilt or an authorised distributor.
- Goods installed in accordance with the respective Owner’s Manual or Installation Guide.

To submit a warranty claim:
- Complete the Warranty Claim Form, available below.
- Submit clear photographs documenting the issue.
- Provide any additional installation or maintenance records, if requested.
- Tru-Bilt reserves the right to inspect the product onsite or request further evidence.
When a claim is approved, Tru-Bilt will elect to either repair or replace affected parts or full components, depending on product condition and availability. Labour and travel costs are excluded from coverage

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, or non-compliance with instructions.
- Exposure to corrosive environments beyond product specifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Variations in colour, coating fade, or cosmetic blemishes over time.
- Damage during transport or poor post-purchase handling.
- Modifications or alterations made without Tru-Bilt’s written approval.
Tru-Bilt does not gaurantee fitness for specific use or purpose beyond stated / approved installation applications. Suitability should be confirmed and approved prior to installation. Please contact our team for more information.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. (Current documentation does not support transferable coverage.)
6. Limitations of Liability

Tru-Bilt’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of covered components. Under no circumstances will Tru-Bilt be liable for:
- Loss of profit, business, or production.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Labour, finishing, shipping, or installation-related costs.

This warranty is in addition to and not in substitution for rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited.
