Auto Close Personnel Gate - Telescopic

Flexible pedestrian access control across sites in NZ and Australia with telescopic security barrier gate systems from Tru-Gard

Manage wider access points and adapt to changing site layouts using the telescopic security barrier gate from Tru-Gard. Engineered from 100% recyclable steel, this versatile gate extends smoothly from 800mm to 1400mm, offering an adjustable physical safety barrier across doorways, equipment channels, and pedestrian walkways.

Finished in Safety Yellow over galvanising for all-weather indoor, outdoor, and wet area durability, Tru-Gard telescopic gates prevent unauthorised access while enforcing safety protocols. Mounting directly onto Tru-Gard posts or bollards, these adaptable gate systems help commercial PCBUs meet WorkSafe NZ and Safe Work Australia workplace health and safety mandates.

Engineered Performance & Key Differentiators

• Adjustable Telescopic Width: Extends from 800mm to 1400mm wide (560mm height) to fit non-standard openings, wide transit lanes, and variable facility entry points.
• Soft-Close & Auto-Close Mechanics: Features heavy-duty auto-close hinges and the Tru-Gard Soft-Close kit to eliminate slamming and prevent gates from being left open accidentally.
• Double Gate Option: Two gates can be paired across double-width openings with middle latching and padlock integration to lock down high-hazard operational zones.
• All-Weather Protective Coating: Built with safety yellow powder coating over a zinc coated steel base to resist rust, moisture, and harsh Trans-Tasman weather conditions.
• Trans-Tasman Logistics Network: Manufactured at our central plant in Dunedin, NZ, with bulk inventory maintained at our Melbourne distribution centre for rapid dispatch across Australia and New Zealand.

Applications for Telescopic Security Barrier Gates

Tru-Gard telescopic security barrier gate systems deliver adaptable access control across commercial facility layouts:

• Variable-Width Walkways: Deploy as an adaptable security barrier gate across wide pedestrian channels where standard fixed-width gates cannot reach.
• Dual-Gate Perimeter Control: Pair two telescopic gates together to form a locked, padlockable perimeter barrier across delivery docks and freight yards.
• High-Moisture & Outdoor Sites: Secure external access points, washdown bays, and outdoor processing facilities without risking corrosion or finish degradation.
